After 25 years on the job, I traded my badge for a tool belt. Repairs, installs, and maintenance throughout Land O' Lakes and Pasco County, done right the first time.

About Blueline
I spent a career in uniform working the same neighborhoods I live in now. After I retired, friends kept asking me to help around the house. Fix a door, hang a fan, knock out the honey-do list that never seems to shrink.
Blueline Handyman grew out of that. It's just me and my truck, and I work the same way I always have: show up when I say I will and leave your place better than I found it.
Services
Most homes have a running list of small jobs. I knock them out in one efficient visit so you can move on with your weekend.
Drywall patches, door fixes, trim repairs, caulking, hardware swaps, and the everyday wear-and-tear that just needs handling.
Ceiling fans, light fixtures, blinds, TV mounts, shelves, cabinet hardware. Anything that needs to be hung, mounted, or installed cleanly.
Seasonal punch lists, pressure washing, AC filter changes, smoke detector batteries, gutter checks, and the things you never quite get to.
Bundle a dozen small jobs into one visit. Most folks save 30–40% versus calling out a tradesman for each one.
Most popularGrab bars, railings, exterior lighting, smart locks, trip-hazard fixes, and home security upgrades.
Realtor & homeowner punch lists before listing or closing. Touch-ups, paint, hardware, caulk, and that “just needs a little TLC” list.
Why neighbors choose Blueline
You get a real arrival time, not a four-hour window. If something changes, you hear about it from me, not a dispatcher.
It's me, every time. No revolving door of strangers in your home. Background check on request.
Written quotes and no upsells. If something legitimate comes up mid-job, we talk about it before any extra work happens.
Shoe covers, drop cloths, and the workspace cleaned up before I leave. You shouldn't have to follow me around with a vacuum.
How it works
From the first phone call to the final walkthrough, you'll always know what's happening and what comes next.
Start with a callTell me what's going on, and send a photo if it helps. We'll figure out a time to talk or come look.
You'll get the scope, the timing, and a written price before any work starts.
I show up on time and do the work. Before I leave, I walk you through everything so you can see it for yourself.
From the neighborhood
“Showed up exactly when he said. Hung two ceiling fans, fixed a sticking door, and patched drywall in the garage in one afternoon. Cleaner when he left than when he got here.”
“Hired him for a pre-sale punch list. Honest about what mattered and what didn't, saved us a few hundred dollars not doing things we didn't need. Will absolutely call again.”
“My mom is 82 and lives alone. He installed grab bars, a few extra lights, and a smart lock for her. Patient, professional, no pressure to add anything. Hard to find people like this.”
Service Area
I keep my service area tight on purpose so I can actually show up on time. If you're nearby and not on the list, give me a call and we'll figure it out.
